Job Description: Entertainment Specialist – Part-time

Are you a charismatic individual that has experience or is looking to gain experience in the entertainment industry? Look no further! We are seeking a talented Entertainment Specialist to join our passionate team at Sightline Events and help us create unforgettable experiences for our clients.

As an Entertainment Specialist, you will play a vital role in the success of our events and ensure smooth operations from start to finish. You will be responsible for hosting your own weekly show. There will be opportunity to work other events to make addition income based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

- Pickup, maintain, and return the equipment given to you.

- Consistently host your assigned weekly event.

- Report any issues that you face within 24 hours of your show.

- Always represent Sightline Events in a professional manner, as you will be the face of the company during your event.

-Other reasonable duties assigned by Sightline Events Management.

Requirements:

- Ability to speak in large crowds with energy and excitement to ensure a positive guest experience.

- Flexible schedule to assist with callout, vacation coverage, etc.

- Must be dressed in formal attire for formal events.

- Dress code: no gym shorts or sweatpants, no open toe shoes/ crocs, no shirts with profanity, or lude images.

- Sightline events Shirts are required to wear at your weekly events.

- Strong computer knowledge enabling smooth and flawless event execution.

- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to transport equipment.

- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds, ensuring smooth setup and teardown of equipment.

- Eligibility to work in the United States and the ability to pass a background check.

- Flexible availability to assist with Photo Booth events, Weddings, Private Parties, Fundraisers, and corporate events.

- Weekend work is paid separately at the rate of $25 per hour, providing additional income opportunities.

- $100 per Music Video Bingo, Trivia, or Karaoke show.

- $25 per hour pay for specialty events.

- $15 per hour for training pay.

Expected hours: 3 – 9 per week
